A cinematographer learns that his father (who he was told drowned in 1953) may actually have been murdered, because he photographed evidence that could prove that Britain's nuclear tests in Maralinga caused heavy casualties to the Aborigines.
Pleasence plays Prosper Gaffney---a British ex-patriot (now living as a hermit), who helps the cinematographer expose the cover-up.
